Tim C and his coworker came out assessed my issues with the garage door and explained all my repair options and what would make the most sense as well as being the most cost affective repair. We decided to go with a new opener motor and it is so much better than my old one.The guys were great and got me going right away even as it was approaching 6:30. I would recommend them highly!

Kyle called me a half hour before he was going to show to give me a heads up. Still made it in the time frame given even though the GPS sent him to the wrong place (happens all the time, I can't figure out how to fix it). He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m extremely happy with Tim and with Garage Door Services. First of all, I was happy that GDS was able to squeeze in a service call within a few days of the initial call. Not easy these days. Tim was totally friendly/approachable. And conscientious. He explained all of the work carefully, as well as its operation/features. First, he confirmed that a new drive unit was needed, which I appreciated. He suggested a belt-drive vs. chain transmission was the way to go: quieter with less maintenance. He was absolutely correct. He went out of his way to have another technician deliver one; it arrrived within 15 min. So ‘thanks’ to him, too. Tim explained all of the subsequent work in great detail. He installed a new drive unit, belt drive, weather stripping, and keypad entry, all within two hours of arriving. All in all, I can’t say enough good things. I would highly recommend Tim/GDS to anyone.

Emilio was great. Went out of his way to accomodate my requests for wall switch placements and he took upon himself to hide all the wires and make fine adjustments on my 2 garage doors. Excellent and timely.
