Tim and Jeff where terrific. They arrived on time and went straight to work. Both men had strong knowledge of what they where doing and got the job done in short order. I would have them back in a minute as they are honest and hard working. Hard to find these qualities today.
We received same day service and Tim was great! He determined the issue, informed us of the costs and made the repairs very quickly. He also took the time to provide us with maintenance tips to avoid future issues and get additional years out of our system.

Kyle, Sue and the team did an excellent job providing a solution to a new, unforeseen construction challenge. The builder did not leave an 8 foot clearance and didn't tell Garage Door Services about it. When the door arrived it didn't properly fit. Kyle and his salesman and the installation team found a solution and ordered the necessary part and the door now works perfectly. Kyle values his employees, treats them with respect, provides a good working environment with a good compensation program and it shows in the interaction with me, the customer. There is a reason for the word "Service" in their name, garage doors seem similar from brand to brand-service makes the difference.

Very good service once they arrived. The technitians were very good and experienced. The problem was trying to get a appointment. I asked for an appointment and was given a date and time. They then asked for a credit card to hold the time. If I failed to make my appointment they would charge my card $50. We have a policy not to give our credit card numbers over the phone as we have had problems in the past.Because I would not give my card number We were asked to send our check as estimated prior to the service call. This policy is extremly unusual and difficult to work through as a consumer. Normally with most venders schedule the service call and are paid upon completion. Their policy is cumbersome,unusual and opens up your credit to possible fraud
